Turf Trade Employment
Membership

The Sports Turf Association invites membership from the turf industry in its broadest sense; people involved with turf for municipal parks, schools, community colleges, universities, professional sports clubs, golf superintendents, landscape architects, landscape contractors, sod producers, and consultants and commercial concerns that provide products and services to sports turf managers.

Our current members are involved with turf for various sports including field hockey, lacrosse, soccer, softball, rugby, baseball, slow-pitch, football, lawn bowling, croquet, tennis, horse racing, equestrian, cricket, and golf.

Membership in the Association is open to anyone with an interest in sports turf. Full membership by a municipality, company or organization entitles them to additional memberships for employees at a reduced rate. A category is also available to students enrolled in courses related to sports turf at recognized post-secondary institutions.

Membership fees are established annually by the Board of Directors and approved by the membership.
